چکیده
The biochemical reaction during the formation of lubricant film in case a cobalt-chromium ball on an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene cup was studied. Three types model synovial fluids and hyaluronic acid (HA) at physiologic concentrations were used experiment. coefficient friction measured using pendulum hip simulator, Raman spectroscopy to perceive chemical reactions between fluid implant material. spectra evidenced that three HA chemisorbed onto surface. An ?-helix structure components detected surface prosthesis.
